(More customer reviews)not the EASIEST to adjust, but it CAN be done - working up both sides of the band takes about an hour. it's a little classier in appearance than I would have guessed it would be - definitely a guy's watchband, not for the ladies. cool release levers on the sides of clasp = it won't be coming off accidentally.
