(More customer reviews)I am not a jewelry guy. I don't wear rings, necklaces, an earring (except for an unfortunate few months in high school to impress a girl) and GOD FORBID a bracelet! However, I have always loved watches. They are functional and just somehow "say a lot" about the guy wearing it. Sitting in business meetings over the last couple decades, you obviously could tell a guy wearing a Rolex made bucks. But then there was the difference between the guys who, even though they had the same brand, one wore some gold monstrosity versus the guy who had a good looking, classy watch because it was quality, and looked nice without being ostentatious.
This watch is the latter. I have gotten compliments on it because it does look good on your wrist. (You should have a fairly good sized wrist to wear this.) But I know Citizen makes excellent watches, the Eco-drive is a fantastic feature, it feels nice and heavy and substantial, but it is not a "hey look at me" thing. Citizen rovides excellent warranties. Their timepieces are renowned for their quality and I every time I check the time, I just feel happy with the purchase.
Go to the store, try it on, and know that if you wear it, it will say you have an understated class, appreciation of quality, and that you spend your money wisely for you don't need a Ferrari to make yourself feel better, but that you deserve a BMW rather than a Hyundai.
